Software End Possibilities:
It happens some times that due to some unknown reasons, the voice is reduced to a low range in order to protect the speaker from getting damage... Try checking the voice/ear piece volume settings and if the problem still persists..Try resetting the handset to FACTORY DEFAULTS ( Do make sure to back up your personal data before doing so).
Hardware End Possibilities:
If the handset is ever repaired or is in use for a long time, there are possibilities that the ear piece might had dust particles trapped on its diaphragm or even physical contacts may be disturbed.. Check for the dust particles and proper physical contacts....
Have a Nice day, Concerned,
Your ringing speaker may get damaged. You will not hear in loudspeaker because when you on loud speaker its connect to ringing speaker to get you the voice loudly. You can open the cover of your phone and just press hardly in the top that your ringing speaker is situated. Then check with any ringing tone if the ringing speaker is working or not.If its work you can contact a mobile phone service center and tell him to clean the connection of your ringing speaker and mother board.
The problem is with your mic sir have replace the mic , if you know to remove the cell screws remove it with proper mobile phone screw driver kit, after that at the botto of the board ou can the mic which as two small contacts first try it by erasing the contacts with a normal rubber , after that you fix all , you can get the problem solved pls dont forget to vote for me.
If you are not getting the sound when you want to hear it on the speakers but getting it on Headset. Then the problem is in the Speakers. They are either loose, have not connection with phone or are not functioning due to some H/w failure. Contact LG and they will get the Ear Piece replaced.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.
OK, So according to you the phone just enables Loud Speaker not the Normal Voice Output Jack. But First, I want to tell you that a phone has different output jacks for the Earpeice ( the normal Speaker ) and for the Loud Speaker. If the phone is enabling the Loud Speaker only then its obvious that the Phone's is not being able to initiate the Normal Voice Output Jack. Thus my advice is to take it to a Service Center and get the Earpeice Changed or if possible, repaired.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.
The problem is either in the speaker contact pads or the speaker itself. If you have the tools to disassemble the unit check the contact pads, clean it and lift up the speaker terminals to ensure it makes contact with the pads. If it doesn't work, check the speaker resistance using an ohmmeter. The resistance reading should be 20-30 ohms, otherwise replace speaker.
