Question about Televison & Video
If your connected to a computer, then this means that the computer's resolution is greater than the supported resolution on the TV. Try reducing the resolution on your computer, and reconnecting it to the TV.
If your connected to a cable or satalite box, there should be a "resolution" button on the box. Change this to a lower (or higher) resoulution.
If none of these work, try changing the TV input. This may be a simple but common mistake. Also, if required, make sure your TV channel (not cable or satalite) is on the default channel (usualy 03).
If it still doesn't work, contact GE and tell them the problem. If anything, they can help fix it. If it is still under warrenty, they can have a repair person come to your house and fix the TV.
