Question about Computers & Internet
Problems downloading images from eos cam
You should enter the settings of the camera and select the right usb mode.
your camera will most likely have a setting like mass storage.
this is an easy mode and will show yo camera as an ordinary flash drive and when you plug it in windows can even give you an option to view pictures or even copy them to your documents.
Alternatively install any picture editing software and put the camera into any pictbridge mode and from within the software you will be able to view edit and save the pictures.
BUT i would recomend the first method because it is less technical.
Most like;ly your camera should have come with some form of its own software so i would recomend installing that and using that.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
