1. Start your computer into the BIOS setup.
Find the "built-in" devices screen and "enable" all of the USB ports. If there is a "Legacy support" option, enable that too.
2. Go to the Device Manager to enable them:
Right-click [My Computer]
On the right window at the bottom of the list,
select + USB Serial Bus controllers
Find the one with the yellow marking and right-click and "disable / enable" it.
