Sorry to say, this model of camera doesn't have a microphone on it, so no sound is possible, only silent movies. A shame, pretty new camera, you would think it had sound.

Unfortunately you don't. The ViviCam does not record any audio, only video (and stills, of course). You can add a soundtrack using video-editing software on a computer, you just can't record it on the camera.

Videos require a card that can write date very fast. The card that came with your camera is probably a class 2. You need at least a class 6.

If you are seeing a completely white or blank screen, the internal lens has failed. Remember, Polaroid has a 1 yr warranty from date of purchase. If you don't have the receipt, they can possibly use the serial # from the camera. Go to their website for tech support www.polaroid.com

Sounds like you have a bad power supply or motherboard. The power supplies in eMachines are not known for reliability, so try testing the system with another one. If you still have no video, you should replace the motherboard.
