How can I hook my Sandisk Sansa Clip+ up to my stereo system if the stereo doesn't have a USB port?

Connect a audio from the headphone socket on the player and plug it into the AUX input on the stereo system. Set the stereo to AUX, turn on the player and adjust the volume level on the stereo.

Using the MP3 in my car?

If your car has a casette player in it, the best/safest/cheapest way to get it to work is through a cassete adapter - place the casette into the car's casette player, and the connecting cord into the headphone jack of the Sansa.

Computer wont recognize sansa clip mp3 player

Reformat clip with disk utility after looking at it like an external disk. Do this by turning it off. Puting it in lock mode. Hold down middle button as you plug it in.

I am mad at my Clip as it did the same thing.

Unplug your Sansa. Uninstall all the Sansa software from your computer, and reinstall the clean version from the Sandisk website. Then, replug the Sansa.

The headphone jack is faulty - replace the player - find out from Sansa if you are in-warranty.

Do a firmware upgrade first. If not allowed, then download the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool from:
http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532

"Safely remove hardware" is a normal function of Windows - it allows you to disconnect your Mp3 player without messing it up (unplugging any mp3 player while it is still "thinking" is the number one reason for mp3 player failure - always be patient with mp3 players, and try to always use the Safely Remove Hardware feature of Windows).
