my keyboard has no response to typing. I changed batteries and nothing. prior to this, my volume went way down and I can not even get the volume green bars on my screen as I turn the volume wheel on my keyboard.

The mouse works - just the keyboard won't. Replaced the batteries and pushed the connect button - still not working.

I have the same problem - mouse works, keyboard batteries good, but no kb response. KB model is Y-RK49 (Logitech). Checked the PS-2 connection on the motherboard and it is good. Next step is pull the keyboard apart?

One possible solution here: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-... - but does not include my keyboard model.

Wireless just stopped working. Changed batteries,

The behavior described indicates weak/dead batteries. Logitech brags about the battery life on this model, but in reality battery life varys dramatically between invidual units. I've seen one that would not operate at all on Ni-Cad rechargable batteries (only 1.2 volts even at full charge). If you must use rechargeables, stick with NiMH (metal hydride). Better yet, use long life lithium.

Also, make sure the "Nano" receiver isn't sitting in the storage bin. This is one of two ways to power off the mouse. The other is the 'Clip N Go' dock.

My Ex110 wireless laptop stopped working.

change the batteries especially if they came with the EX100. then try connecting the mouse. receiver first push button one second and release.then on the mouse push the button one second and release.
then if the mouse connects. go to the keyboard and push button on the receiver first one second and release then keyboard for one second and release. try this three times if no connection you need to call logitech for warranty info.

I got a used MX3200, got the mouse working right off, but no keyboard. This solved my problem: with the wireless mouse working took out the keyboard batteries, pressed connect button on the receiver, replaced the keyboard batteries, pressed connect button on the keyboard. Voila!

Keyboard not responding

Solution. My wireles keyboard stopped working except for the F-Lock key, the Media key and the sleep key. It wasn't batteries, even though I tried, communication was there because the above keys were working. Remove the batteries from your keyboard and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Press the red connect button a few times and other various keys every few minutes during that time. This may be the whole "capacitor discharge" trick, but I tired that with someone elses instructions and my keyboard did not work after 2 minutes of key pressing. I think it just needed more time to clear out the secure settings. Good luck, I was about to trash this keyboard until I tried again

Look on underside of keyboard there should be a button to push that will transmit to the receiver
1st push the button on the receiver
2nd make sure batteries are inserted in right direction into keyboard then push the botton on bottom of keyboard
that should make it work
Hope that helps friend
