  • Hi, from the Desktop, (right click) on a empty area, when the window open. Select "Personalize" and open to Display Settings, next, check to see: Identify Monitor, click on the "Advanced Settings" button, click on the "Properties button, check the (Status of the device), check the "Disabled button, next select to "Update the Drivers, and restart the computer. "If the solution helped, rating it is appreciated, thanks."

Start-Control Panel-System-Hardware-Devices. Now go to the entry for the video driver and see if there is a yellow question mark beside it. If yes then click on it and go to the button to reinstall the driver. If this does not work you will need to re-install the video driver from Dell.http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&releaseid=R88741&formatcnt=0&libid=0&typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&source=-1&fileid=115657

Will not display full screen. Windows 2000 professional OS. Problem happened suddenly.

Check if you are able to change the Display Setting, from the Control Panel. And select the Resoultion 800 X 600,

Then try 1600 X 900 and so On.

If it works then good, otherwise let me know the error message comingup.
