Music downloads

When i download music off my windows media player to my trio mp3 it will not play it. It will download them but will not play will show title of song but will not play. I heard there is a new update for it but can't find it.

Right-click a file and check properties to see if it is hidden. Unclick the "hidden" box and click OK. See if it copies and plays. (You can do this right on the Trio if you can see its files on your computer. It should show up and play right away.) If this works, highlight all the files and do the same to unhide the whole group.
