Lights are working and sounds like it's running. Compressor is kicking on & off and air is blowing in the freezer but it's not cold enough air to cool the fridge or freezer?
If the compressor is "kicking on and off" while the unit itself continues to run, the compressor is failing to start, either due to the start relay / overload kit or the compressor itself is bad.
this is one part of the refrigerator I recommend you have a qualified refrigerator service test. If tested wrong, you could end up causing damage to compressor, turning an inexpensive repair into a new refrigerator purchase

The defrost circuit may have failed and the refrigeration coils have become a block of ice.You should be able to remove a plastic cover in the freezer that will allow you to inspect the coils.
