Your set is going in to protective shutdown something in the start up voltages. This is something you would need a manual for. I have a linkt that has the start up circuit and shutdown diagnosing for your set if you would like me to post a link let me know

There is a manual called Toshiba power supply and shutdown circuit troubleshooting. This is a valuable asset to save hundreds of dollars on repair.
