Nothing on Radio stereo system works. The power comes on nothing plays. There is also CD jamed in the player. Where do I go from here? Emerson NR303TT serial number 61100051 CA

Sometimes the lazer will get jamed.
Gently move the lazer eye (without touching the lense) to the outside of the disk draw, put in a disc and try.
It might work (has for me)!
If the disk won't spin then the drive is probably stuffed, probably cheaper to replace than repair.

Good luck, new cd/radio players are relatively cheap, so not many people fix them any more.

How are you wiring the Pioneer DEH 1400 to the Renault?
The Pioneer uses standard radio wiring, you must not have power and ground connected properly if you have nothing happening.

I had the same problem the power button is pushed in. You did not mention if your unit came with a remote control if it did use that to turn your stero on and off. you will not be albe to use any of the buttons on the stereo if the controls are listed on the remote IE; Cd player, radio tape or tuner. try this please. hope this helps

DOES THE RADIO PLAY? HERE ARE THE FACTORY WIRING COLORS FOR THE RADIO HARNESS, RECHECK YOUR WORK. IF U FIND NOTHING THEN IF THE RADIO PLAYS THE CD PLAYER IS DEFECTIVE, IT HAPPENS BELIEVE ME.

Hi, sounds like you have a dirty laser eye on the DVD player. The eye gets dirty and it won't read movies or function properly. I would recommend a DVD Cleaner CD. I would have you try this before I have you open the DVD Player to clean the Laser Manually. Please try this and Post the Result for me to Review. Thank you

there are 2 blue wires........dont hook the blue to blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hook blue to the blue/white wire!!!!!!!!!!! problem solved. so e-z huh? lol i did the same thing.

I was having a similar problem with my ic200bk stereo dock. After unplugging the machine, replugging it, and allowing the auto set to occur, a timer is activated while nothing else works. I spoke with an Emerson employee about the problem, but he wasn't very helpful. He simply indicated the unit needs to be repaired (which, conveniently, they don't do) or replaced (by only if your 90-day warranty is still in effect...also convenient for me). Bottomline: your unit is **** is Emerson can't (or won't) do a thing about it.

I'm done with Emerson forever.

Have you tried using the reset button on the front of the unit (under the face panel)

This Clock/Radio/CD player has had component failure problems. The unit is probably not worth repairing. The reason is the parts and repair information is probably very limited. The cost of the repair with parts and labor will be expensive. This repair would probably cost you more than just buying a new Clock/Radio/CD player.
