How long have you had this TV? If it is under 12 months, get it fixed under the guarantee. If you have an extended warranty, use that to get it fixed.
I would suggest that you switch everything off, remove all the cable from your satellite box or games console and everything else, then switch off at the mains and unplug the set.
Now press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds.
Now plug the TV into the mains again and use the TV button to switch on the set. If the lights continue to flash, then it's a repair job. If the lights are steady but there's no picture, then switch it off using the TV button and reconnect the aerial cable first and try it again.
Once you get a picture displayed, you can begin to reinstall all of the other cables until everything is working again.
I would double check the capacitors on the power supply board. Make sure you don't have any that are bulged at the tops. Secondly, when you try and turn it on, does the orange light flash at all??
Yes, the reason for this is that the BD-Receiver/TV button was pressed
twice. This button has 2 modes of operation depending on the color it
flashes when you press any button on the remote. If the BD-Receiver/TV
button flashes green then it is in TV mode and if it flashes orange then
it is in BD Receiver mode. The way to switch between the 2 modes is
simple but not intuitive and easily not noticed. Simply press the
BD-Receiver/TV button it will light-up green or orange, depending on
what mode it is in, for about 1 second. The trick is to quickly press it
again BEFORE the light goes out. When this is done the color of the
light will change. If it was green it will change to orange and vice
versa. Rember, Orange = BD Receiver function Green = TV Hope this solution has been helpful? Thank you for visiting FixYa.
Howdy, Doble check your Lamp Installation, making sure that the Lamp Cover is properly secured. Reset TV by unplugging TV from the wall for 3-4 minutes then plug back in, then turn TV on.
To reset your Panasonic Lamp Time: øPress and hold these buttons for (at least) 5 seconds: øVolume Down button (on TV Panel). øAND ACTION Button (on remote). As the remote gets older the ACTION button may not respond unless you press the button dead center and not at an angle. Thanks for using FIXYA, BIG IRISH.

Please note that we are currently aware of an issue affecting some Thomson DTi6300 boxes.
If your DTR will not come out of standby and is not responding to your remote control, please try the following procedures.
Step 1: Power cycle
First of all, remove the power to the box and wait 20 seconds before restoring power.
Wait while the box tries to restart and allow 2 -3 minutes for this to complete.
Try this at least twice.
If it doesn't go to the solid green light then proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Front Panel Reset
Note: This procedure will unfortunately cause you to lose all of the
recordings that you have stored on the box. You will need to be able
access the back of the DTR and the front panel buttons
1. Remove power to the unit by removing the power cable from the back of the DTR.
2. Wait 20 seconds and restore the power cable while holding in the standby/power on button on the front panel of the DTR.
3. Release the standby button immediately you see a light 'blip' on the
DTR front display and then immediately press the following front panel
arrow buttons in sequence Up>Down>Left>Right
4.The DTR will now show the Orange LED with the Green LED flashing
until the format has been completed in about 60 seconds. The DTR will
return to ON automatically.
5. If requested, perform a channel scan to complete the operation.
