I cant install konica Minolta bizhub C351 on my mac. please HELP

In my experience you have to change the developer and the machine will be ok.Also there is a chance that you have to clean the two toner sensor that are located in the end of the toner bottle,sometimes there is the problem.please let me know.

select "PDF"- MMH option, not the "MMR" option from one touch menu.......

check in one touch setting, PDF-MMH and MMr, multiple files and single file option, if having problem then call your tech service rep

First of All, Assign an IP address to the machine, if you already assigned the IP address, then Ping it from one computer to check its connectivity, now remove all the printers and printer drivers from your computer, and re-install the printer. if you want to reset the machine, then press the "utility/counter" button and turn the machine ON,(keep the button pressed) now from that machine reset the machine.

On the windows control panel for the printer is an advenced settings features that allows you to tell it what trays you have, what finisher you have, and what options you have on your finisher (stapler or hole punch). Do you see a similar option in the Mac controls?

If not, let me know and I'll look them up in the manual.

One is that the fold and staple option only works on 8.5 x 11 sized paper, thus printing onto a 11x17 spread and then folding. If letter paper is not selected, that will grey it out.

You should have had a cd that came with the machine that has them as well. Once they are installed, go into Microsoft Word and select the fax to print from. A screen should appear asking you for the phone number of the name out of the address book.

All you can do is either wait for someone to create a Vista Driver or revert your system back to XP or other OS that supports your machine.

There are SO many device NOT supported under Vista especially the 64 bit versions.
