Hello,
My HP 6110 scanner,photocapier, printer, fax machine is showing remove and check cartridge,which I have done.
I have also changed the cartridges for new ones,but still the same message and problem
It wont scan either, it seems that this fault is jamming the whole machine up!
Any suggestions, Please Terry

How do I retreive faxes? A fax came thru today, but its was not on auto answer.

I have everything else working the scanner printer but are you supposed to use the area code to send or recieve fax and what about putting a number 1 in front of area code & number

My HP 6110 cannot send or receive faxes. It is supposed to change tones when connecting and receiving but it does not.
I just Hear the ring of the fax and it's appear (coneccting) and then (receiving) then suddenley the transmision is faild .
Today it is error code 283. Sometimes it can be another code. Rings but won`t receive fax
