I have just upgraded my mobile phone to an LG viewty and it will not work with the bluetooth system installed in my BMW X5. Does anyone have a solution apart from swapping the phone?

-   mine appears to pair but simply disconnects on its own accord!!! b loody annoying i tell thee!

-   I have exactly the same problem but with my Z4, I had a Nokia which kept disconecting previously. I think there are very few phone which actually are compatible. I would also be interested in a solution.-   Tara-M
