Set the clock to DST

I have a model WT-3143 wall clock. it won't set to eastern daylight time. I put a new battery in and it set to eastern standard time. How do I get it to set to daylight time. By the way, there was no manual with the clock so I have no trouble shooting guide.

take the batteries out and leave them out for at least a minute. when you put the (new) battereis back in be sure that you have the correct time zone pushed and if there is a DST button or switch make sure that is pushed/set as well. place the clock with its back facing colorado and leave it overnight, it should reset itself ok.

We now have two wall clocks that have stopped. Replacing batteries has not worked. Are they repairable? Can we get new or reconditioned movements?

Check its battery contacts for any rust or dust. Anyway clean it well and put the pattery, and check whether it is working or not.

Weather - Electrical storms between you and Colorado during the night will interfere with the WWVB signal.

How do I set my skyscan atomic clock

You don't. Just make sure that the rear switches are set for the correct time zone, and that the DST switch is set to the ON position (unless you're in an area that does not use Daylight Saving Time). Make sure that your batteries are fresh, and situate the clock so that the front (or back) is facing roughly in the direction of Ft. Collins, Colorado. Give it a couple of hours to find and sync with the time signal, and it will set itself.

Can't seem to get the correct time ever since daylight savings

Make sure that the DST switch on the back of your clock is turned ON and that your clock is receiving the WWVB signal (see manual). If the clock is more that two years old it's set to the old DST changeover schedule and that cannot be modified. If it's on the old schedule, your best bet is to turn the DST function OFF and manually change your time zone twice a year. This, however, will probably not solve the problem if you're in the Eastern time zone -- your only option will be a new clock. For an operating manual on a model similar to yours, visit:

I can't get my atomic wall clock to set on daylite La cross wall

The easiest way to reset it would be to change it to Eastern time - that will give you the correct Central DST.

    Atomic clock

There is a setting on the clock to turn on "DST"- daylight savings time feature. You have to push the set button on the back of the clock repeatedly until you see "DST" blinking. You should also see "OFF" blinking at that point indicating that the feature if turned off. If you now push "+" button on the back of the clock once it should show "ON" blinking instead of "OFF". Hope this helps.
