We had the same problem,3 years of every now and then working on it.new ecm lots of other parts,changed ecm relay fuse, started right up.

Underhood fuse block swap out relay #7 thats the ECM relay.
Ground Circuits Using a DVOM, touch negative voltmeter lead to a good ground. Touch positive voltmeter lead to each ground terminal. With vehicle running, voltmeter should indicate less than one volt. If reading is greater than one volt, check for open, corrosion and loose connection on ground lead. if you have no power when driving or acceleratiing it could be the fuel filter if not replaced could be clogged up. if your getting good fuel pressure to the engine could need a tuneup. if your not getting power to the pump and it plugged in check the ground wire going to the frame from the pump could have a bad contact.

well i got a salvaged ecm from a junkyard and put it in, still did'nt start. took alternator off to have it checked , it is fine. put it back in and now it starts and runs fine. check the alternator and the connections, i heard the alternator controls power after the initial ecm prime when it is turned on. i have no idea how true it is, but worth a shot. if you can find a cheap ecm for a junkyard (mine was 75 bucks) i would try that afterwords.
