Suddenly the vacuum won't turn on

Our vacuum worked yesterday. Today it won't turn on. Ran for about 1 second and then turned back off again. Checked connections and fuses.

Could be a number of reasons, may have a bad cord, If the switch is on the hose, it may have gone bad. Could even be a motor problem. Needs to checked to find the problem.
