Your guess seems right as the damaged zipper could be stuck within the drum or movement and could cause friction to the movement. You can remove power and try to check on the free movement of the drum, if not the drum assembly must be removed and reset.

There is something stuck in between the drum and the drum cover how do I get into it thx

Disconnect the machine. If you can get hold of a wire and put it in between the drum and the cover. If that does not work get out the manual, and look for how to open the drum. If the manual does not help you, try screwing the back off and lift the drum and put a wire in between the drum and the cove. I hope you can loosen what seems to be stuck. Kolbrun

The washeers drum sounds a bit nosy I think smething might be stuck inside the inner drum. How do I get to check the inner drum?

the inside of the drum makes a clicking sound, and I located the noise at the back of the drum and the noise seem's to be in the central part where the bearings is located.

Belt seems to tight cant attach drom to moter

To check to see if the drum is free, spin the drum by hand, there should be no resistane at all.
If there is, then it could be the drum bearings are siezed, or there could be something stuck between the inner and outer drum.
If drum is free, then try again, they are tight to fit, I assume you have right size belt?

There is something in between the drum and housing. We have drained the washer and cleaned the filter still it is still there.

it seems like the drum will have to be removed to get to the offending object. it is probably stuck between the seal and drum, like a coin.

Drum stuck fast

sounds like the drum bearings may have seized, or they are worn and the belt has come off and wrapped around the drum pulley. a few things you can check are:-

does the inner drum have any up and down movement to it?

does the belt appear to be on ok? (you will need to remove the lid to see)

have you noticed any black marks on the clothes recently?

hope this helps

please dont forget to rate the helpfuness of this reply, thanks kj
