Dell Vostro 1500

I purchased a dell Vostro 1500 from dell last month...It came with windows vista..I removed the vista operating system and I install xp...When I am typing now there is a delay on the letters..I have disabled startup items and that didnt solve it...Any other solutions?

I have tried all that and that didnt work..any other suggestions? You think I should put it back to vista?

GuruHave you installed your graphics adopter properly. It might cause delay the character to be appear on screen.
So, first check out your display driver.
Additionally you can go Satart->Conptrol Panle->Keyboard sttings but you can set only the repeat delay there. Also try this.
