How tolock my stolen cell phone

all you can do is call your service provider to lock your sim, to prevent use of your sim and not the phone. Unless your provider has that access to your phone, doubtful but when you call to lock your sim you can ask. You cant lock or wipe the phone unless you have an app installed previously that lets you.

My i-mate 9502 were lost password, how access the device and delete my old password

Sorry for such a long delay for replying to your question. Hadn't noticed it before. Anyway, I'm afraid that you will have to hard reset your phone, by means of a keys combination. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will erase everyting you have installed on your phone, as well as all your personal data, as if you had just purchased your phone. In order to do it, slide your phone's keyboard open. Then, press and hold both the blue 'Fn' and the green 'Call' button, and whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the keys only after a confirmation screen comes up. Confirm the procedure by pressing the left softkey (which should be labeled 'yes').

Hope it works for you.

By the way, you knowe that i-mate is no longer in service. So, I have the 9502's user manual, which I uploaded to 4shared a long time ago. In case yours happens to be missing, you can download it from this link
.
Anyway, please, let me know if you need further informations.

Regards,
Carlos

My HTC tatto phone has become very erratic. After every 1 second of making a call the power end menu options come up on the screen. The phone wont hang up after having pressed the "End Call" button. If I...

First, try a factory reset and see if that resolves your problem. I'm afraid that will wipe all the data on the phone, but you will have to do that anyway if you want to solve this problem.

Here are the instructions for the factory reset:

Performing a factory reset via settings
The most convenient way to do a factory reset is via the phone settings.
  1. Press HOME > MENU, and then tap Settings > SD card & phone storage > Factory data reset.
  2. On the Factory data reset screen, tap Reset phone, and then tap Erase everything. Your phone will erase all personal data and restart. It may take a few minutes for the process to complete.
Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the phone buttons.
  1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the HOME and BACK buttons, and then briefly press the END CALL/POWER button.
  2. Press the ENTER button to begin the reset process. (Otherwise, press the END CALL/POWER button to cancel.)

Connection lost, try again for my Nokia 6610i

make sure that you have the right access point.
depending on your network, your phone may use different access points for multi-media messaging, streaming, and web browsing.

you can manually input these access points in
Settings>>Connection Settings
or
Settings>>Phone Settings >>Connection Settings

and look for Data Packets, or Access points.

or you can have your network provider send you the configurations by providing them your unit model by calling their hotline. Most network providers should have this service for free.
