My tv is still under part warranty. I purchased it at Wal-mart but can't find a number to call for warranty service. It only works on one channel 43 and can not change it with remote or top of tv.. please help
Call your store manager and if that doesn't get you action then call 1-800-WALMART and ask that the District Manager be advised and that you expect a call back. Wal-Mart should stand behind anything they sell including warranty. I purchased one for my new notebook and dealt with the store manager for information on the warranty before I bought it. The manager will respond.

try another power cable (usually these tvs use the same power cords as a number of other electronics, such as desktop computers, etc) - if that doesn't work, try another power outlet - Also, try powering the tv on with the power cord out - this clears the static electricity off the system board, and helps w/ power issues sometimes - if still no power, then you can contact Wal Mart's customer service (since iLo is their in-house brand) @ 1-800-925-6278 to see if it's still under warranty or if they can put you in touch w/ an onsite technician.
Yes I have the solution, I watched my 32 inch ILO tv and turned it off went to bed and when I got up the next morning it would not come on. So I got out my receipt, called Wal-Mart they would not offer me any help I had purchased this T.V. in December of 2007, since this is January 09 it was just by days past the year mark and Wal-Mart also informed me that they no longer carry this brand due to this problem, I called the company but they more or less laughed and said that it sounds like your going to have to pay a repair bill or purchase a new T.V. So I am a single mother with no extra money,especially 1 month after christmas. There is a fuse on the T.V in plain view, when you slip off the back of the T.V.on the right side, it costed me a hole $2.50 to purchase at my local auto parts store, works like a new one. The fuse was burt black, so this was a cheap and simple solution. Also Beware this rep from ILO also told me that there company makes Manavox, and Zennith so if there making them beware!!!!!!!!!
If it is past the mfg. warranty but you bought the extended warranty, call N.E.W. (the company responsible for handling the extended warranties for wal-mart). You may have to register your warranty, if you have not already done so. They will then schedule a repair so they have a record that it can not be fixed. If it can not be fixed then they will replace the item for you.

my 8 month old tv doesnt even turn blue. just blinking red light where on/off light display appears. very discouraged cause wallmart will not help. trying techsupport. i found this number from my purchase paperwork. hope it is helpfull to you.
ok, i own the 26in POS and about 7 months into ownership it becomes unresponsive to manual buttons and remote(except power). the conditions that may have caused this problem may have been heat.....BUT if you turn the ilo COMPLETELY off(no standby) for a day or two it should start working again. mine always has.
