Verizon phones (unless global which the env2 isn't) do not support sim cards. If you are talking about a micro sd card. It goes in under the cover on the right side for the phone. Hope this helped
It is most likely the charger port. They are cheap to purchase on E-bay, but require some knowledge of soldering to install it. What you could try is bending your charging wire back and forth, giving it a few seconds to respond. It may come on, then you have to hold the wire in that place while it charges. You can use a rubber band for this.
keep your phone on the heater for a few days .I had the same problem with my e65 but worse.it was in the washing machine and i found the phone soaking wet.so straight away i got a dry towel and wiped it and left it for a few days.3 days later it was working fine.
so why don't you try it ,it worked for me so hopefully it works for you
I have had my phone tell me I am using an invalid battery before. I have taken it out for a minute or so and made sure to put it back properly...making sure all contact points are clean. Has worked for me. If you have had the phone for a little bit and are using a non oem battery...you may have overcharged it and ruined the battery....have had that happen before too.
You have to transcode the files to 3gp or other supported format in 320x200 resolution, and the file in my_flix folder. vx9100 is really picky about the video files.
