Okay well it sounds like you have a problem, hehe.
i can only help you if you give me the make and model and tell when it comes up with the error code. also start by unplgging the machine for 2 minutes the look at you watch to see when in the warm up cycle you come up with the error code. if it's within the 10-30 sec. of pluging in/turning on. then it's a drive/board problem or many others so time it and i can be more helpful.

Remove the backup battery and unplug the fax machine and leave overnight. By morning I'am hoping it will wipe everything clean when plugged back in along with the battery. But it will mean you will have to set your date and time again.

After I replaced toner, it continues to process "check toner". And now it says "toner is low" with the new cartridge intstalled.

Try turning it off and unplugging the fax machine. If you are receiving this error message on your pc, then it should be unplugged and restarted too.

Fax stored in memory; how do i print?

Hi
first make sure you have paper and ink in the fax. If you do, then unplug it for a min. It will hold the memory when unplugged. When you plug it back in it should print out.
Good luck

Fax machine getting erroe77

Fuser or overheat error. Menu,*,2,8,6,4 quickly in that order will give access to maintenace mode (lights will flash once your into the mode). Hit 01 to reset the machine. If this doesn't work you have a major problem with your fuser unit and it will need to be replaced. DO NOT DO THE ABOVE PROCEDURE MORE THAN ONCE AS YOU WILL START TO MELT STUFF IF THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM.
