Hi here is the things you need to do 1st clean up you phone connection the positive and negative pole if it still the same thing 2nd if you have a multi-tester test the power line if it is working then last thing you do change your battery maybe your battery is not accepting any charge

Hi the Best thing you do is go to the nearest phone repair it maybe your phone robin wire connection inside your phone is full of flux and contaminants so that it trigger the connections that maybe grounded
