Hello, Welcome to FixYa! Error 3528 in Kodak Printer is mostly because of paper jam. their may be small bit paper jam in side. There are some "micro-sensors" that detect a paper
jam. To solve it Try taking off the roller access panel in the back and make sure that the printer has not picked up a sheet of paper somewhere in the path. Also make sure that sure that really there is no piece of paper paper, dust or foreign objects. If you have seen and you are sure that there is no any paper or foreign object then Turn
the printer off, and disconnect the AC power-cable. Open the printer
cover & now give the printer a "blow-job" by compressed air. Turn the printer On and check. If you still face this error then try a trick may be it can resolve the issue. Press the On,Off button on the printer and turn off your printer. Now wait for 30 seconds.Press On button to turn your printer On and try printing. If still there is an error then then probably your Kodak ESP 3 Multifunction Printer/ Copier/ Scanneris in need of servicing by a service professional. I hope this solution helps you. Thank you for using FixYa!
I am having the same problem except you didn't address the problem. It's not that the printer prints badly, jams or crashes. The printer literally passes the label paper through the printer and then prints on the next piece of copy paper. I reset my printer not to print the last page first and it still did it. Then I put the label paper second in the feeder. It passed through the first piece of copy paper and the
labels and printed on the third. It's like the printer senses the thicker paper and skips it. My printer is a Kodak ESP C315 and I have no setting for thick paper only plain and photopapers.
u should only use kodak inkjet papers with size plain paper, coated paper, photo paper, iron-on, transparency film, label media, greeting cards, 20 to 24 lb. plain paper. open back access door of printer by pulling out the latch on back of printer. remove paper-jam from the rollers. u can find manual for ur printer onwww.kodak.com/go/manuals.
if your got that printer please bring to your dealer and they well check it..its under warranty... maybe that printer got trouble with the circuit inside...
