I have a USB 2 micro SD card reader that when i plug it in, will register/detected but doesn't show up in (my computer) i can get to it on the divice manager but it shows working properly. how can i get access?
Go to My Computer and right click. Select "Manage". You will most probably find your media there but without a drive letter assigned to it - just assign a drive letter (right-click on the media listed)

Marie, If your computer is not equipped with a SD/Micro SD card Reader you will have to purchase one to simplify looking at it and copying it on computer. You can also use appropriate cable possibly to hook your camera up to computer.
Step 1/ Insert a USB card reader into an available USB port on your PC.
Step 2/ Insert the micro SD card into the card reader. Some card readers will only accept standard SD cards. If that's the case, insert your micro SD card into an SD card adapter and insert the adapter into the card reader.
Step 3/ Click "Open Folder to View Files" in the Auto Play window to launch Windows Explorer in the appropriate drive letter. Alternatively, press "Windows-E" and click the card reader's drive letter.
Step 4/ Drag and drop files to or from the micro SD card's drive letter to copy files. Alternatively, right-click and drag files and then select "Move Here" to move the files without keeping the files in the original location.
Step 5/ Select a file, press "Delete" and select "Yes" to delete files from the micro SD Card.
Step 6/ Right-click the micro SD card's drive letter and select "Eject." Once ejected, you may safely remove the card.
Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

2. you can copy the music direct from your music folder in your computer and paste it on the micro sd card.
They're are two ways by which you can do that, 1'st one is that u can put that micro SD in a USB card reader , and then plug the USB into the computer. If the card isn't damage then there wont be any problem . You can open the folders of the card from my computer, The 2nd one is that you can put The micro SD into the Mobile and then connect the USB wire to you mobile and to the computer.
try to plug it in another port at the back of your CPU plug it directly to the motherboard, if it does not work try to use another card reader, check your micro card if it is put correctly to the card reader,
You have to drag and drop only the MP3 files into the music folder. If you have them organized and in folder by artist, drag only the MP3s into the card's Music folder.
Once again there is a CD that came with your phone that contains all the necessary software to do upgrades personalize and add music videos and pictures to your phone
