Question about Nintendo Wii Console
When you took it in, did you have a warranty?
At least for US, the Wii has a one-year warranty.
If you register your Wii on Nintendo.com, you will get a 90-day extension to your warranty making it almost but not quite 15 months.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:

OK so you have what is known as the Red
screen of death, this is hardware failure internally and will
need to be fixed, you have two options here.
You can call Sony and they will repair this for
you for free if your in warranty, if your out of warranty then the
price I'm afraid is a huge $150.
You can easily fix this problem at home using a
made PS3 repair guide, follow the step by step instruction and be
up and running again within the hour.
OK best of luck
