This tv the high voltage is dead.The FBT,this is a Flyback transformer is dead.The tv must replaced the FBT,it hard and dangerous to do,if never done it before.Hire a tv shop tech. to rplaced FBT,might need to trouble shoot on the deflection board also for other parts also burns.
