Hi could you try this for me just leave the ignition on and don't start engine, leave on for a few minutes. then start engine. if it starts it could be the dispack or the fuel pressure valve.

this is a 30 minute procedure. make sure you have a battery charger on it. to begin, insert the key into igniton, attempt to crank the engine, do not start. leave key in the on position. if the system is working properly after 10 minutes the security light should go out. turn key off for 5 seconds and then back on and attempt to crank engine again, do not start, after 10 minutes the security light should go out. repeat the above steps a third time. after the third time. turn key off and then start the van, if system is working properly it will learn the passlock again and car will start. if this does not work, try it once more making sure you followed these steps. any variation from these steps will stop the learn process. if it stiil does not work, then you either have a bad passlock module or sensor.
Sounds like the fan is going out! Or the filter needs to be cleaned! Check the back to see if the fan motor is running? Check the filter to be sure it is clean. I hope this helps you.
if your talking about a samsung set, then probably the convergence modules are gone. there has`nt been manual convergence setup controls for more than 10 or 15 years i think
First Pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes because sometimes low voltage of cmos cell creates this problem . After remove cmos cell from motherbord for sometime your bios settings goes to defaults. Then check. Also check that smps is work fine . It is square box on back side of cpu . Reattch ATX power connector from smps to motherbord. Also make sure that motherbord surface not touch the cabinet.Check motherbord in outside of cpu .
