At the bottom of the water tank there is a valve which is consist from a spring and plastic tab with "O" ring.
This valve and where is match with the base on the machine is dirty or full of scale or even bend or damage so as soon as you place the water tank back to the machine this valve does not fit excactly on the base threfore is leaking all over the machine.
First I sugest before you place the tank in place to inspect it over the sing press it with your finger and try to see there is something wrong as I mention above.
Then make a visual insect on the machine where the valve shoult fit.
Good luck

Check engine soon and low coolant lights on

It is critical that you pressure test the system with the vehicle turned off and cooled down. Get a tool from the parts store (they can sell you a used one that you return to them and get a full refund). With the car off and cool you fill your radiator with water and screw on a special radiator cap that comes with the pressure test tool and pump up pressure in the system through that special cap. Then with a bright light you look everywhere for a leak from a hose, the water pump, or the radiator. If it's leaking or leaving stain around the intake manifold that would be a sign of a blown head gasket. A product to help with a blown head gasket is THERMAGASKET available on-line only. You may just have a leaking hose or leak by the thermostat or a leak from the water pump (in which case water pump replacement is the safest option).

As soon as you put in water it leaks everywhere

There are many possible points that the leak can be.

Most posible is from water tank to the pressure pump then connected together with plastic pipes which they brake or loose.

You need to disassemble the machine and work it without the side panels of course with extra care since power electrical cables are exposed.

In this way with a very good visual check while the machine is in operation you can identify the leaking point and fix it.

Leaks everywhere

Make sure the lid is on the caraffe and just try to run plain water through. Although, it sounds like you might actually have a crack/leak. Return to store if possible or call Cuisianrt if it really is leaking.

Antifreeze pipe burst & ANTIFREEZE IS ALL OVER THE ENGINE

you may have antifreeze in your electrics, in some cases it can turn acidic. and cause electrical faults, if you have a leak and it goes everywhere you need to flush the hole area with water to clean it off, it can even remove paint is some cases depending on the type you have put in the water system. all your wiring will need to be check and cleaned, remove battery when doing this. as you dont want to short out the battery with water.

Whirlpool dishwasher leaks everywhere

CHECK YOUR HOSES FOR CRACKS. BE SURE THEY ARE ATTACHED SECURELY TO THE PUMP OULET.
THERE IS ALSO A BLACK HOSE FROM THE VALVE THAT GOES UP THE LEFT SIDE TO A VACUUM BREAK ON THE SIDE OF THE TUB. BE SURE THE HOSE HASN'T BEEN DAMAGED OR DISCONNECTED. IF THERE IS SUFFICIENT SUPPLY HOSE, PULL THE DISHWASHER OUT OF IT'S INSTALLATION AND TURN IT ON. WATCH FOR WATER DRIPPING ON THE FLOOR AND TRACE IT BACK TO FIND THE PROBLEM.
