How to remove the sim card?
You need to tunr your phone off. Take off the battery cover and take the battery out and you will see the sim card slot.

As suggested the sims are pretty robust so should easily withstand you taking them in and out but try not to go all guns blazin just in case.
On the w200i you should find the the bottom (the end without the bezel edge) of the sim is held in place by two small metal slides.
To remove the sim, place fingernail under the top most edge (the end with the bezel edge) and pull it gently away from the phone - this will cause the sim to bend but if you only do it a small amount no damage will be caused. It only need be enough to clear the recess that the sim is sat in. Once pulled back use another finger placed on the back on the sim to push the card up towards the top of the phone. This should then let the sim slide freely out.
