Question about LG LRSC21935 Side by Side Refrigerator
Frridge and freezer start working ok, but after few hours FF,ER showing on the display panel. at that time freezer fan stopped running. if left it running for couple of days fridge freezing up and freezer is not very cold. freezer frosting up at the back panel. main computer board , evaporator fan and defrsot thermostat were changed by technician but still have same problem. woud you kindly sugest, what could be wrong with my fridge.
The service manual gives the following explanation of your error code (Er FF): "Poor motor, hooking of wires to fan. Contact of structures to Fan. Snapping or short-circuit of L/wire (if there is no fan motor signal for more than 60 seconds in operation of fan motor)" So CoolTech is right!

You may have a serious issue with the wiring harness inside the refrigerator. You will need to have the technician come back out and check the continuity of the wires leading from the control board to the fan checked out. If there is no continuity, it is not repairable.
