Question about LG RE-44SZ21RD 44" Analog Television
The TV is tempremental when switch ing on, the red indicator light goes to flashing orange but not to green one day and then it's fine the next. Once the problem lasted for a week but then eas fine for 3 months. Any ideas what is wrong and how to solve it?
I have a different tv model but still an lg with the same issue. I forked out for an electronics technition and he found the problem to be a (power supply problem as he called it) all he done was open it up and started to freeze spray the voltage regulators with the big heat sinks on them. he wanted $500 to fix it so i told him to get lost and went and got myself a can of freeze spray and started the process of elimination game it turned out to be a str f66658b regulator and ended up costing me $70 and a couple hours stuffing round replacing it hope this helps you

I had the same problem ,is it plugged into a single socket outlet or a power board? If a power board it can cause problems, try plugging straight into the socket on its own and see how it goes.
