Re: not recieveing incoming calls go straight to...
This is the problem of programing of the min number.
1)dial 111111 and you will find option on the left hand corner of the screen.
20 now press ok it will show basic programing and the password would be all zero's select nam 1 and then min 1 and put the min number there
3) now go to nam2 and select min 2 and put the same min number
press ok and come out
this ends the basic min programing .now switch on ur mobile and u will see both incoming as well as outgoing is possible
Note that u have to obtain the min number from ur service provider

try transferring the calls from ur mobile to the voicemail when u r not available....
in call settings u might have an option of forwarding the incoming call after so many particular number of rings... forward the calls to ur voicemail numbers using this and then u ll have the numbers in ur recieved calls list.
this might work but is only a temporary solution
Sorry to hear you are having issues with incoming calls. You do wanna try a few tests. Check to make sre there's signal on your phone. There are no coverage issues. Do a powercycle, by powering the device down for about 10-30 seconds. If you have another phone with the same carrier, put your simcard in that phone. Do a test call. If it goes thru, it's software issue. If it fails, and goes straight to voicemail, then it's a network issue. Contact your carrier ASAP to get it resolved. If it's happens to be the phone. View the manual how to set the call forwarding. If that is set to be ringing and not straight to voicemail. Try a soft ware reset aka Master Reset. Your manual of this particular phone will be in there. You won't lose our number, pictures, message, etc. You'll see the phone will have the original ringtone and wall paper as if you just got it out of the box.
