Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Hi, i got a razr v3 and i`m trying to connect it to my hp pavillion pc on wich i newly installed windows xp sp 2, but no matter what i do, i can`t get windows to recognize my phone. I installed the motorola phone tools , the p2k tools v4, 3 and 2.9 with the drv folders and i followed the installation guids strictly. i even tried to uninstall every thing and ti install them again but can`t them to work. after trying about a 110 times i found a susteen driver that recognized the phone and worked,
but i could not load files to my phone so i went on deleting every thing again
and try to get tehe p2k driver to work with my phone and now somehowe not
even the susteen drivers work anymore i read thousands of solutions of diferent sites but non of them could help me fix my problem. so i thouht i post this as a new tread cause it may be a new a new problem.when i connect my phone to the pc i get a message `one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows cannot regognice it and after searchin the device manually i gnstall the drivers and when finished i get the message that the drivers are installed but the device might not work correct. i also get the message: the operation cannot be performed on a device information element that has not been registered. please help me because it drives me nuts. im trying about 6 months now to get the susteen driver or better the p2k drivers to install. plz help.
Hi 1st u change ur data cable. then the installer cd put in ur computer > window show a msg found new hardware > click no not this time and next > 1st opption click atometically install and next > finish and restart ur computer.98% ur problem is solved and 2% is hardware problem contact ur nerast deler of motorola.
