This mp3 player is terrible, but anyway, here is a solution that might work. Connect your mp3 player to your computer and open up windows media player. Click on Copy to CD or Device. 2 "menus" should appear, the left one being playlists and other locations on your computer, the right being external drives (like your mp3 player). On the right menu from the dropdown list select mp3 player. It should take a second to read your songs, and from there you can just right click/delete.
