I just bought an Audiosonic KMMP1GBPR 1GB MP3 FM Player. The instructions tell me to push the "mode" button to access the menu but I cant see a "mode" button. When I turn it on, no text comes up, the backlight lights up and when I toggle left and right with the wheel it just changes the color of the backlight. I have a feeling it may be faulty. Where is the "mode" button and how do I use it? Cheers
Heh, I got exactly the same thing. Mine is saying the player is "almost full" - it has the two songs it came with - and they work - but it wont let me copy anything from the computer. The computer knows the mp3 player is there, i used the disc that comes with it, and it still wont do anything

The button at the top of the mp3 player The Mode button. If you move it side to side it moves your selection. Once you are in the mode you want.. Say music you push in on the mode button. To turn in off and on you hold the Play button... It took me awhile to figure out the pushing in of the mode button since I lost my guide.
Dude I have one in front of me so listen and follow along first turn the unit on, second push the menu button, this is the very small buttonright to the right of the SANSA namewhen you push that button the first thing you will see is the words MUSIC while thats on the screen hit the play button that looks like this >|| and you will scroll through all the settings you will see the fm radio selection when you get to it hit the middle button and the radio will come on.
Press the Home button and see if it will go to the settings menu. If it will, change the USB Mode to Auto. If it won't, hold in the power on/off button for 15 seconds to reset the player, and try again.

this is a no brainer.....first thing I did was set up (formatted) the player with the disk drive utility supplied with mp3 player. Next you add in your MP3 songs. Turn on your player and with the mode button...go to MSC it will be highlighted black....then press in mode button to enter folder. Songs shouls be seen....and press power button to start.
For the best possible reception in FM mode, please ensure that the earphones are securely
plugged into the T.sonic.
In FM Menu
Scan for a Channel
Press the right (Next) or left (Previous) of Joypad once to step through selecting the
channel. Alternatively press and hold the right (Next) or left (Previous) of Joypad to
quickly auto-scan for the next channel.
When you power on your MP3 player it will go to the FM radio. 1. Press menu.
2. Go down once and you'll be on "Mode". Press the right button to access the mode menu.
3. You either press the enter button after accessing the menu or go down to select Playback mode (I forget which one it is).
