The problem is with its back-light. If the set is in warranty period, it will be best to take back to store. Try this link. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ There are more than two thousand and six hundred posts. All are related to television and other domestic electronic equipment service help. Pull up older posts there. The similar fault you described here have given in detail with illustrations.

Car will not start due to pats system

If you are in the North East cold weather then you should get a friend and jump your car.
Check the tag / model # on your battery.
=====
The last two digits is the warranty coverage period.
48 = 48 months
72 = 72 months
Check your service record and see is it close to the end of the warranty period.
Most battery can go 6 to 16 month beyond the warranty period.

Also check and clean the air filter. Replace if necessary.

How do i get 2010 maps for my gps

Hi tonlok247,

Here's the scoop on these models. Best Buy and the Geek Squad will probably update your maps within the warranty. Some buyers got 6-months warranty on updates, and some got a year. Check your paperwork and warranty if you're within that period. After the warranty, they are not free...probably in the range of 59.00 more or less.

If you unit is older, you might be better off buying a later model and reselling yours. I know this is not really the answers you need to hear, but give BB a try and see what happens.

Let me know if I can help you later on this. Thanks.

Regards, Bill

I lent my Ds lite to a friend and he said he was fell asleep playing it. When he came to, the screen was black and it would not turn back on. I took it and tried to turn it on. the green light turns on so...

Did you try charging your battery or taking the batteries out and putting fresh ones in?

take everything out put fresh batteries in and powering it on.

If the problem still occurs then either your friend is not telling the truth, maybe a drop occured, or by misfortune your screen went out. If it is still new it may be under warranty. try contacting NINTENDO. you may get it fixed for free.

Our swiss railway wall clock runs very slow. changed batteries twice in 2 week period but it loses an hour or more per day. help! a lot of money for a clock that only worked a couple of months.

If it is within the warranty period (usually a year), then you should return it to your supplier, with an explanation of the problem.

They should replace it free of charge.

Wont boot up

Same problem I had after purchasing this computer. I returned it to the store and was given a new one. Same problem - twice! The system board had to be replaced both times. I've had the hardest time with Toshiba about this even though their authorized repair shop indicated to me that they were having lots of problems with this model. I think this particular model is a lemon. The only good news is that all of these problems happened right away (within months), so I was still in the warranty period. The bad part is that I am still having problems with the computer (the Toshiba techs says it sounds as if my hard drive is crashing). Major problems! My suggestion - contact Toshiba right away and get it in for service before the warranty runs out.

If you've only had it 6 months then I would suggest you contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Their warranty period is 1 year so see what they can do.
