So, no water or steam is coming out of the machine? How long are you letting it heat up? I have a Spidem Trevi--semiauto kind--I have to let it heat up at least 1/2 hour. Otherwise no water comes out through the grouphead.

Also, be sure to use water that isn't "hard". Hard water is a killer on espresso machines! Have you descaled the machine ? I would try that as well.

Have an Astra G.A.P. espresso machine and have replaced the pump. New pump will not pump water thru machine.

Sometimes a dry pump will; be a devil to prime up and start running. You may have to find a way to force the water into the pump. On the machines I worked on I had a hose the correct size to engage into the water tank socket on the machine. I would fill the hose up (about 2 feet) and blow as hard as possible while running the pump.

Keurig special edition b60 prime problem? My keurig now has the prime message showing up. I have ran through all of keurigs trouble shooting and none of it has worked. The prime message will go away...

You may want to try this.

Simply trying to clear the lines often will work. And as you will see from the many comments below, by far the most reliable way to get your Keurig brewer working again is the "Slap and Burp" method.

Here is how you do it.

First, unplug the brewer and remove both the water reservoir and drip tray.

Next, hold the brewer upside down over the sink and slap the base a few times. And I mean really slap it.

Now put everything back together and try brewing again. Most of the time this works with a couple of good slaps. If not, try it again.

And don't worry, there are no laws against giving your Keurig a good slapping!

Good luck!

My coffee pot has an error saying PRIME, and will not work. Could you tell me what the problem is?

On the water reservoir there is a little black disk, a magnet, I think... If that is not against the machine it will display the prime error. Empty the water from the reservoir and tilt it so that the disk is against the machine. Place the reservoir empty back on the machine and fill it with water carefully as not to move the disk. When the water level gets to the correct position, the prime error will go away.

Hi, I a problem with my Saeco s-class incanto classic coffee machine. The two coffee cup lights are flashing green the water light is flashing red. I prime by turning the steam valve and hardly any water...

Try this, when you run the hot water cycle to prime machine and it stops putting out water push in on the knob if that works then replace the tap rod assembly or the whole steam valve assembly.

Water light can't be reset

The problem is that the manual says "Press the on botton, the light will blink and priming will begin" but this is completely inaccurate. If priming is needed the machine will turn on, the "water" light will blink and nothing will happen.
What needs to be done is to turn the machine on and move the steam/hot water knob clockwise. The pump will activate and churn away and then stop. Just repeat this step until water flows to finish priming. HTH
