HI I AM TRYING TO DOWN LOAD MUSIC OFF THE COMPUTER ONTO MY MP4 PLAYER BUT IT WONT RECCOGNISE THE SOFT WEAR. WHAT DO I DO?

convert first to the mp4 files.....
