There should be a Language change option in the Menu. Our Panasonic Mini DV cam has Language options only for English, Spanish, French. If your camera does not have an English option, you may need to call Panasonic Tech Support for help.

My Sony DSC-W350 bought from Japan , I want to change Japanese language to English language

Hi,

Changing language settings on digital cameras sometimes can be confusing. We will have to make use of the menu symbols so that we can change the language from Japanese to English. The picture below shows us the navigation buttons that we will use in this process.

mongkey_41.jpg
1. Press the MENU button
2. Choose mongkey_42.jpg.
3. Choose mongkey_43.jpg 4. Choose mongkey_44.jpg 5. Choose English.

I hope this works for you. Kindly reply for further assistance. Good Luck!

When installing there is the following setup error: the language of this installation package is not supported by your system

This is what happens when you try to install a software that isn't in English language.
For example, you may be trying to install a software in Chinese and your system supports only English language.
The similarity between those two languages are very hard. One seems to be in symbols compared to the other one and this might just be the reason why it is refusing to install the software.
My advice is that you should get an English or multi-lingual version of the software and install it.

My samsung S8300 dont reconize arabic SMS

English Arabic Dictionary - Cell Phone (Mobile Phone), electronic software travel dictionary to translate English to Arabic displaying a list of words in romanised (phonetic) Arabic. The Arabic English dictionarytranslates from phonetic Arabic to English. Copying a word from the translated list for a reverse translation can be used to find synonyms and to understand the broader use of the Arabic word in the English language. Although the English Arabic dictionary does not provide definitions or examples, the use of the translation software in this way provides you with a mechanism to better understand Arabic words in the English context without the need for definitions.

Philips SPC900NC How do I get the camera microphone to work through its USB connection

Hi john673,

make sure that the specific driver/software for that camera is installed properly, apparently the audio driver for the microphone is also included on the software packaged with it. If you din't have the drivers, you may try to download it here:

http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?scy=US&slg=AEN&cat=PC_CAMERAS_CA&sct=WEBCAMS_SU&session=20080513045623_121.97.80.100&grp=PC_PRODUCTS_GR&ctn=SPC900NC/27&mid=Link_Software&hlt=Link_Software

if the camera and its drivers are installed properly, you may check the voice recording properties of your pc and try selecting the philips/usb microphone from the drop down box.

hope this helps

Cheers and best regards,

TO INCLUDE MUTILINGUAL SOURCE CODE IN OUR PROJECT

I'm not sure I totally understand your question. Are you asking for a tool or package to include that will convert all strings labels in your application from english to another language? From what I know, there isn't such a tool.

Typically, you need to map all your variables to a single 'resource' file, which contains the mappings for the specific language. So, your US English, you'd have a en-us resource file that contains a name value pair of your variable and english form, such as:
TEXT1LABEL=Full Name
TEXT2LABEL=Address 1
... etc

Then, to support another language, simply take that resource file to a 'localization' company or someone or some site that can generate language specific strings.

Then, in your application, you need a mechanism to switch to alternate languages, or key off something with the operating system. Once changed, your code should switch to use a different language resource file.

Kind of a simplistic view of this I know, but don't want to dig much deeper without understanding your question further. Does this help?
