Ciphering is mainly caused due to old sim cards.There are two ways in which youo can solve this 1)Remove your sim and insert it again and see if the problem persists 2)Go to the customer care center of operator that provided you with sim card and demand for a new sim with the same number.You'll get this for free and insert it and enjoy.
