Oh thats an old beast. usually when the date and time go wrong it means it has lost all its memory and requires what is called a "shipment set". To do this you press function,7,monitor 4 times,*,6,start. Scroll down to Initialise Ram shipment set, start. It may ask if you want to reset the counter, if so say no and enter and stop to exit. Now you can input the date and time and your ID and fax number (they may have been lost) To set the date and time= Function,7,1,set. enter the correct date and time and press set then stop. To enter the logo and fax number its the similar but its 7,2 this time.
Hi Suzeo. Many HP fax machines have the function you are requesting. It is called the broadcast fax feature. Look in your owner manual for this feature. If I knew which model you have I would have researched it for you. IF by chance, your machine does not have this feature, it would be money well spent to replace your current machine with one that does. Depending on how many pages the daily fax is, I am estimating that you are spending an hour or more each day on this task. J.

To diver the number itself is a function of the phone company itself via an optional service called "call forwarding". Cost is only a few dollars a month, depending on your provider.
Alternatly, you can use a function called "fax forwarding". In this mode, your fax machine will accept the incoming fax into memory and then dial the predefined number of the fax machine on which you wish to receive it on.
Look in your manual for "fax forwarding". If you do not have your manual you can download it from:
