Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

We have an old Unisonic model 9325 corded phone that has the capability to program phone numbers in it but cannot find the manual. Any way to get instructions on how to program with numbers?

I have an old Unisonic 9725, and the programming method for that phone may work for yours.
1. take handset 'off hook'
2. press: store
3. enter phone no.
4. press store
5. press memory button 1, 2, or 3...or 0-9
6. put handset back 'on-hook'

to use: take handset off hook, and press the memory number that applies.

Add phone number to memory

I clicked on the Memory button and then the caller ID volume down arrow. I went to an empty spot and clicked on Memory again. That brought up the option to enter a name. I typed in the name and the hit the memory button again. That brought up the option to enter the phone number and then click on memory again and the number is entered on the phone. That is how to put a name in your phone book on your phone.

How do you STOP The BLUE blinking light? the manual sucks!

Solution by tojo57 on Aug. 26,2007 was rated FixYa by Sydney00 & worked for me. Restore factory default settings & reprogram the handset (or in my case, both handsets). No more flashing blue lights.----Mrschick

Press the mute/program button, then press the caller ID-volume button to select handset setup. Next press caller ID-volume until you get to Default settings. Use the caller ID-volume button to select 1yes. This will return the phone to the factory settings and for took care of the blinking blue light, however you will loose any custom setting or numbers you entered.

Storing memory numbers

1 - Lift the receiver and get the dial tone.
2 - Hit 'Store'
3 - Enter the number you wish to store in the phone
4 - Hit the store button again
5 - Hit the memory button you wish to store the number into
6 - Hang up!

This should store the number wherever you want to put it. Remember if you want to store it in one of the 'lower' positions (second line of the memory index card) push the 'Shift' button before you push the memory button for that location.
