Your flame is perfect if it's just the very tip that is yellow or white. All burners should be adjusted this way, on highest flame.

Yellow flame

The problem is with the orifice leading to the burner. If it is not centred then you will get yellow flame. Or you are impeding the flow out of the burner and it is not mixing properley. I would pull the burners apart and make sure everything is clear and the orifice is centred.

LP gas stove top . burners want turn down to low. Only medium and high flame work on burners.

Has this just recently happened? Check the knobs aren't cracked sometimes the brass spindle inside the knob is not gripping to turn it right down, also check your l p gas pressure it should be 2.75 kpa.
if the flames are big and yellow it's getting too much gas, not enough air.

Bluestar rangetop clicks several times before igniting

Do other appliances in your home using LP gas work properly? If so, then this is probably an air/fuel mix problem on the burner(s). If this is a new rangetop there should be directions with the range and the LP conversion kit to instruct on proper adjustments. Be certain the correct LP orifice was installed for each burner (they likely have different BTU ratings for different sized burners) and the ignitor post is clean and spaced properly to burner. Then adjust the air mix to achieve a blue flame with just a tip of yellow. Delayed ignition usually results from the wrong air/gas mixture which doesn't ignite until too much fuel has accumulated. In many locations the company you purchase LP gas from will have someone who can check and adjust this. If the range was shipped from the factory as LP gas ready, then you can also contact your dealer and request assistance.

One of the 4 burners has a LARGE, YELLOW flame (right rear burner). It just started today. Other 3 have a BLUE flame. Using Propane Gas Is this a fuel/air mixture problem, and if so, how do I fix...

The yellow flame suggest incomplete combustion is taking place and on a flueless appliance Otis very dangerous, check for dirt/greese that has accumulated aroroud the gas jets ( this will dercrease air available at the primary airport) if this is clean then your gas jet may be worn and become larger allowing more gas than air as they mix, in this case you will have to replace the gas injectors

Hi - I have a 4 burner GE gas cooktop. The clicking sound comes from all the burners but 2 of them are difficult to light. If I hold my hand over the top ... they will light! Is there an adjustment that...

Usually this happens if something has been spilled or a pan overflowed and is partially clogging some of the burner holes. Make sure the burner holes are clear and try poking them with a sewing needle to make sure. I am assuming the flames are a nice blue color and not a lazy yellow or yellow-tipped. If there is some orange, that is usually an indication you are burning off some food and will need to be cleaned. If that doesn't appear to be the issue, then let us know and we'll dig deeper.
