Question about HP Pavilion dv1000 Notebook
Usually, laptops without batteries will only run if plugged in. As far as starting up when plugging the power on, it will not automatically star the machine, it's like suddenly disconnecting the power cable from a desktop. The wireless connection should have a setting, as well as a button, or some sort of switch that turns it on and off. Check the specs of your laptop for any info on this wireless FAQ.
