Check your RAM....make sure it's connected properly.
Disconnect all power, and accessory(mouse, keyboard,etc..desktops only)). Be sure to touch anywhere inside the case for grounding yourself. disconnect all cd-roms, leave only hard disks connected -->remove and reinstall RAM ( memory cards) -->make sure that they fit all the way in and are secured by the brackets on each side --> restart the pc --> you will probably hear error beeps because nothing as been connected back. If booting sequence starts normally: problems solved, if not, you may have bad memory cards, or maybe even a bad motherboard.
