Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
I just got an Apple Ipod 6 gen today (80 gb video) And... it wont allow me to put ANY videos on it that aren't in podcasts or something. It keeps giving me an error " was not copied because the audio format is not supported by this ipod" or the " the file type is not supported by the ipod". Now I thought all video types were supported by the ipod... Is it just me having this problem? And is there anything i can do to fix it because if I had known it wouldn't support any of the videos I have I would never have bought it. And is there a way I can some how get them to copy on it?
Make sure the videos you want to load in your iPod are MP4, M4V formats. Otherwise iPod won’t read them. You can use converter software to convert other formats to MP4, M4V. I prefer to use Aimersoft Video Converterwhich support various video formats to be converted. Here is a step-by-step guide:
Hope to help you.
