I had the same problem, but the delay, sanitize, and high temp lights were on as well. I had just installed a new furnace, and I realized that the electricity may have been interrupted, and that the unit may be caught in a loop. so, I flipped the power switch at the breaker. The loop continued, until I kept it off for about 45 minutes to an hour thinking that the unit had a memory. This worked. Hope this helps.
